By popular request, our ‘wiggle to wellbeing’ dance classes will be returning. Starting with three monthly themed dance activities. Come and join us, as we dance through the decades.
Friday, May 27, we’ll be ‘twisting and shimmying’ as we groove to the sounds of the sixties. You don’t need any prior experience; this is just good fun exercise. Dancing helps us stay fit, supporting muscle strength and tone and helping with balance and posture. Dance moves can be done seated or standing. So, put on those winklepickers and dig out your old Mary Quant dresses and join us for some ‘strictly sixties fun’. Sixties Dance class is on May 27, between 2-3pm at Plas Antaron.
