Tai Chi at Plas Antaron

Join us for a taster experience in the ancient healing art of Tai Chi. Trained instructor, Margaret Kibble will introduce you to the many benefits of this once martial art exercise, now used the world over as a health-promoting activity.
Starting on Tuesday 27th July at 11am, Margaret will be running six one-hour sessions. These will be based at HAHAV Plas Antaron – Ceredigion’s Living Well Centre. The sessions will also be available online via Zoom.
This low-impact exercise, which combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements, is accessible to everyone. Tai Chi can help reduce stress, improve posture, and support balance and general mobility.
