Relax with our new Yoga sessions this Spring
Louise Hurford is back with more relaxing yoga, she will be running six one-hour sessions starting on Monday, 14 February, 11.00-12.00. These relaxed and friendly sessions combine mindful movement, yoga and breathing techniques, offering a dose of calm to your day. Exercises can be done either seated or on the floor. Please wear light but warm, loose clothing. Refreshments will be provided, as well as yoga mats and blankets, if needed. New participants are welcome. Sessions are free and are based at HAHAV’s Living Well Centre, Plas Antaron in Aberystwyth.
