Breathe and Relax with our new Yoga sessions this autumn
Help improve your posture and balance by trying our new yoga sessions with Louise Hurford. Louise will be running six, one-hour sessions starting on Monday 8 November at our Living Well Centre, Plas Antaron, Aberystwyth. She will be practising Hatha yoga, a gentle yoga style which focuses on free movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Exercises can be done either seated or on the floor. Louise will tailor the sessions around participant’s pace and mobility. Yoga in all forms can help improve sleep, reduce stress, as well as strengthening flexibility. It can also support neck and back pain. Please wear light but warm, loose clothing.

All sessions will run on Mondays, from November 8, between 11am-12.00. Sessions are free and can be available online via Zoom or face to face.
